Team Jackson State maybe be small with only three members, but they are enthusiastic, as you’ll see in the video. They also have a smallish computer science department with 159 students, which makes it even cooler that they’re competing in the Winter Classic, right?

The team is composed of two seniors and a junior, all of whom are working hard to pick up on what’s an entirely new topic to them – HPC. And they’ve done well at it, not leading the pack, but in there fighting. Their high-water mark, so far, is their third place finish in the Oak Ridge Blast Challenge, which is definitely something to brag about. Keep pushing, Jackson State.
